Tina Lamontagne

Wellness Teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner

I’m Tina, founder of Yoga Attic—soon to be Seasons with Tina! (Shhh, it’s all coming soon!) I’m a mama to two radiant little lights, Ovie and Onyx, and I feel most at home when I’m surrounded by nature, dreaming of a life that’s both whole and beautifully simple.

I hold space for women to anchor into themselves and their daily lives, inspired by the rhythm of the seasons. My work weaves together wellness, yoga, mindfulness, nourishing food, daily habits and Ayurveda to support the whole self—body, mind, and heart—and to help us feel more in tune with who we are and the natural cycles around us.

I share life, love, and creativity with my partner, Guillaume, and together we love dreaming, building, and creating a meaningful life.

Tell me more about your business (what do you do, who do you help, what does your workday look like, how do people find out about you)?

I help women connect with themselves through seasonal wellness practices, daily rituals, mindfulness. My workday includes waking up early to teach our signature program Daily Awakenings Live at 6:30 am (you can also follow on your time!), teaching masterclasses, retreats, supporting & fostering community with resources for grounding, nourishing and intentional living.

SHORT AND SWEET:

3 words you would use to describe yourself:

Intentional, Nourishing, Creative

Always…

Embrace the Journey

Never…

Compare yourself to others

Favourite beauty regime, I mean you never miss this step, no matter what

Abhyangha, a grounding full body self massage with nourishing hot oil—my non-negotiable, simple, luxurious and my solution for everything self-care regimen.

3 things you could not live without:

3 is hard. How about 8? Family, my journal, body oils, home cooked meals, seasonal teas, nature, music and my garden.

GIVE IT TO ME ADVICE:

What advice do you have for women who want to age naturally:

Aging is natural! Love more. Do less. Nourish deeply. Nothing is more beautiful than loving life.

If you could tell your younger self one thing that you know would have a BIG impact on the current version of you - what would it be?

Trust yourself and be yourself—you are worthy just as you are. Dream bigger, focus on service and dare to do things your own way. Be consistent, kind and patient. Stop and say no when it doesn't align. Things will unfold with time and that’s more than enough. There’s so much more ahead than you can even imagine.

How do you relax your nervous system? Or best nervous system relaxation technique.

II try to listen and reach for what feels right, as best as I can. A morning routine truly transforms how you connect to your days—and your life. I start each morning with body oil, meditation, a little movement, and journaling. Some days, I need less; other days, I need more. But I love it all.

Creating grounding ritual and knowing when to slow down—or when to lean into discipline—has been a cornerstone of my journey. That’s why I fell in love with Ayurveda. For me, it’s not just a practice but a way of being—anchoring me to what I need, moment by moment.

Meditation, time in nature, salt baths, candlelight, breathwork, yoga, dancing, lifting heavy things, warm nourishing meals, family time, moments of solitude, and sharing and connecting with others—I appreciate the variety and these all weave through my weekly rhythm.

While it might sound like a lot, I’ve cultivated a life that moves slowly. That shift has been the most ambitious and profound game changer for my nervous system and quality of life.

Bucket list vacation that you hope to embark on in the next 5 years (where to, and why?)

Well, your Morocco retreat looks absolutely glorious and checks all the boxes for me! :) If I can dream, my bucket list adventure would be living abroad with my family somewhere warm—ideally a place with beaches, a strong sense of community, and plenty of nature—for an extended period.

I would love to work and live there, embracing the experience fully while the kids are still little. It’s a vision that’s been on my heart lately. I’m so curious about the creativity, connections, and new perspectives that would emerge from such an adventure. It feels like a gift I would love to share with my family.

In 25 years how would you like to be remembered MOST? 1 sentence or less.

As someone who made you feel good, feel seen, and inspired you to fully connect with yourself and life.
