Through gentle movement, breath work, and EFT tapping, you’ll reconnect with your body, balance your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner harmony. This intimate gathering offers a safe and supportive space to explore self-love and body acceptance. You’ll leave feeling more confident, present, and at peace in your own skin. We will practice gentle yoga, breathe together, have an information conversation about nervous system regulation and practice a short EFT TAP.
