Practice 2 hours of blissful yin yoga and leave floating on a cloud!
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, socks, blocks and bolster. You'll want to be warm and cozy for this 2 hour practice. All poses will be restorative in nature, meaning they are meant to relax, soothe and be gentle on your nervous system.
I will have another set of hands with me to help assist and massage. This event is for those who like yoga hands-on-assists, actually you adore them!!
Leave after 2 hours, feeling blissful and skipping into your Sunday evening, ready for your week ahead wiht a renewed sense of relaxation.
