Yin & Aroma Touch Church Event
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, socks, blocks and bolster. You'll want to be warm and cozy for this 2 hour practice. All poses will be restorative in nature, meaning they are meant to relax, soothe and be gentle on your nervous system.
