We meet for one hour weekly in addition to this hour there will be some weekly homework, challenges and responsibilities that will easily fit into your schedule.

Meetings are scheduled on Monday’s at 7 pm EST for one hour to 75 minutes. We meet every Monday as follows: Jan 20th, Jan 27, Feb 3, Feb 18 (due to Family Day), Feb 24, March 3, March 10, March 17.

YES! This program is for women who feel stuck in their health journey - that doesn’t mean extra weight for all of us, this could mean energy, anxiety, skin and sleep issues, imbalanced hormones, painful periods, difficult Menopause transition, lack of sex drive.
